Q I am a private customer can I purchase from your website?
A. Yes once you have created a login to our site by registering with your email address you can use your credit card for payment.
Q How do I set up an account?
A. We are happy to accept your credit for purchases from our website which requires you to complete the login process and register with your email address. If you are a business and wish to setup a charge account you will be required to complete a credit account application and complete the registration process. A. Yes, please give us a call - not all products we provide are shown on the website and we will do our very best to help you. If we can't assist, chances are we will know who can help you.

Q What is the standard delivery time frame?
A. We attempt to despatch all orders received prior to 3pm the same day. As a guideline, delivery should be made within 24 hours in the North Island and 48 hours for South Island deliveries, however this can not be guaranteed. Allow additional time for rural deliveries. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a special delivery or check on a late delivery (04 576 2100).
