Transparent Dressings
Transparent film wound dressing, allowing visual inspection of the wound site whilst promoting a “moist wound healing environment”.  Newly forming tissue is protected whilst a wound is protected from contamination by dirt or bacteria.

Wound Closure Strips
Single Use Wound Closure Strips.

Strips are sterile,  hypoallergenic, reinforced, adhesive wound skin
closures.  Use with superficial cuts and lacerations where wound edges can be approximated.

Paraffin Gauze Dressing
BamNet paraffin gauze dressing is made from 100% cotton
open-mesh leno weave, impregnated with a supersaturation of soft paraffin solution. Presented in gauze strips and multi-piece dressings, BamNet is packed in polypropylene containers.

BamNet gauze dressing for use on superficial wounds, burns, skin grafts and traumatic injuries.  Recommended as a primary wound contact layer BamNet should be used in conjunction with an appropriate secondary dressing.  Regular dressing changes should be made to avoid the dressing drying out and to minimise the possibility of the
dressing adhering to the wound.

Transparent Island Dressings
Transparent Island Dressings are sterile, self‐adhesive, transparent film wound dressings incorporating an absorbent, non‐adherent pad.

Made from a latest free semi‐permeable polyurethane film membrane coated with an hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive, the dressings are breathable, allowing good oxygen and moisture vapour exchange. It is showerproof and  impermeable to liquids, bacteria, and viruses.  

Transparent Island Dressings are primarily indicated for use on acute wounds with low levels of exudate.

Non Woven Island Dressings
Non-Woven Island dressings are made with a breathable non woven backing which is absorbent with a non adherent pad. Providing patient protection and comfort offering Secure and reliable fixation which Conforms to skin contours.

Ideal for use on
  • post operative wounds
  • In A&E for management of cuts and lacerations
  • For wounds with moderate exudate
